We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale structural steel projects. This is a remote-based position for candidates located in or near the Memphis, TN area, with flexibility for travel to project sites as needed. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing structural steel projects from pre-construction through completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of structural steel fabrication and erection projectsCoordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project successMonitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesConduct site visits as necessary to oversee progress and ensure quality standardsMaintain clear communication with stakeholders and resolve project-related issuesEnsure compliance with all safety and industry standardsQualifications:5+ years of project management experience in the structural steel industryProven track record managing large-scale steel fabrication and erection projectsStrong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract administrationExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to travel to project sites as requiredLocated in the Memphis, TN area or willing to relocate
