Description: We are currently hiring an MDM Architect – Stibo STEP. This position is based in Torrance, California, and requires On-site.Role: MDM Architect – Stibo STEP

Duration: Contract 6+ months, and possible for extension

• Primary preference is for candidates available to work onsite in Torrance, CA.
• Secondary preference will be given to qualified remote candidates.

Summary: The client is clearly looking for a very senior-level expert in Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) who can lead architectural design, development, integration, performance optimization, and governance of complex MDM solutions. This person is expected to be both strategic and hands-on , capable of interfacing with business and IT stakeholders and owning the end-to-end implementation of the MDM solution. A highly experienced, certified Stibo STEP Solution Architect who can lead and own the full lifecycle of MDM implementations, from design through deployment and support. This is not just a technical role-it also involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and enterprise-level influence.Job Description

• Architectural Design and Governance:
• Lead the design and implementation of Stibo STEP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, data governance policies, and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, data models, workflows, and system documentation.
• Define and enforce MDM standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Data Modeling and Integration:
• Design and implement complex data models within Stibo STEP to support various business domains (e.g., product, customer, supplier).
• Develop and manage data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, eCommerce).
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all systems.
• Solution Development and Deployment:
• Lead the development and deployment of custom Stibo STEP solutions, including workflows, business rules, data validation rules, and user interfaces.
• Configure and customize Stibo STEP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting:
• Monitor and analyze Stibo STEP system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize system configurations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Stibo STEP related issues.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation and development.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Stibo STEP solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.
• Experience with data migration, data quality management, and data cleansing.
• Certifications:
• Required: Stibo STEP Certified Solution Architect
