Working in close collaboration with the Senior Strategic HR leader, he/she will be a key contributor on both a strategic and operational level, serving as a partner to the business team. He/she will collaborate with Home Office HR Centers of Excellence to execute on a wide range of HR initiatives and will bring innovation to current HR processes through the use of technology and process improvement. This role will lead major change initiatives, coordinating support from critical HR Shared Services or COEs. The incumbent is results-oriented and a skilled and transparent communicator, collaborator, and team player. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential for success.

Additional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $120,000.00 and $160,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
