Description: At Fifth Set Marketing, we are looking for an outgoing and ambitious individual to join our team as a Brand Marketing Trainee. This position offers the perfect opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for outreach and advocacy to develop their skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As a Brand Marketing Trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in community engagement, public awareness campaigns, and brand representation on behalf of our charity partners.Brand Marketing Trainee Responsibilities:

• Promote charitable campaigns directly to the public through face-to-face outreach efforts that highlight the value and impact of each cause
• Create and support innovative marketing initiatives designed to raise awareness and encourage community involvement
• Maintain a strong understanding of all current campaigns and assist with training and participation efforts
• Communicate key messages to the public, educating them on the mission and goals of our charity partners to drive meaningful engagement
• Attend daily team meetings to align on outreach strategy and ensure marketing goals are being met
• Collaborate with fellow trainees to manage day-to-day outreach efforts within assigned areas for optimal visibility and community reach

Brand Marketing Trainee Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire community members
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed for campaign events
• Genuine interest in nonprofit work and how to motivate individuals to support causes that make a difference
• Creative thinking and adaptability in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and passion for connecting with others
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, while staying focused on campaign goals
• A passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful change in the community
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel locally as needed
