Description: NEWARK CITY SCHOOL JOB POSTINGHEALTH AIDEApplications are being accepted for a Health Aide position(s) with Newark City Schools. Applicants must possess valid STNA or LPN license with the Ohio Board of Nursing, with a passion for working with children and families and someone who can motivate students to achieve their fullest potential. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Applicants should be able to create an atmosphere of respect and trust in addition to building strong school/community partnerships. Preference will be given to applicants with student needs and interest in mind and the ability to demonstrate leadership and organization skills. Our health aides will be required to work a 35-hour week on a student school day calendar. Full benefit package available to the selected candidate that includes medical, dental, vision and life insurance. Salary is based on current contract and experience.
