Location: Clearwater, FL | Full-TimeWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Elder Law Attorney to join a well-established and growing law firm in the Venice area. This full-time role offers an excellent career trajectory, including benefits, performance bonuses, and the potential for future equity and firm management within 3–5 years for the right candidate.The ideal candidate has a strong background in elder law and related transactional matters, with the ability to provide compassionate, detail-oriented legal services to clients and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyHandle trust administration and probate matters with efficiency and attention to detailAdvise clients on Medicaid planning, asset protection, and other elder law issuesConduct real estate transactions related to estate and trust administrationCollaborate with clients and their families to provide guidance on all aspects of elder law and estate planningMaintain accurate and timely documentation and client communicationQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive and in good standing with The Florida Bar3+ years of experience in elder law, estate planning, probate, or trust administration (transactional focus)Experience with real estate transactions is a plusExcellent communication, client-relations, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits packageProfessional development and growth opportunitiesClear path to equity and firm management within 3–5 yearsThis is an exciting opportunity for an attorney passionate about helping seniors and their families while building a long-term career with growth potential.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
