About the Role:
A premier international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner with a strong track record and a portable book of business. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team operating across major financial and regulatory hubs.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and manage complex legal matters.
• Expand and deepen client relationships through strategic counsel.
• Collaborate with global teams on cross-border transactions and disputes.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm leadership.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent international legal qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience in a relevant practice area.
• Demonstrated success in client development and retention.
• Portable book of business (minimum threshold negotiable).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
