Description: POSITION SUMMARYThe Full Stack Developer develops and supports custom processes and applications related to Wheeler Clinic’s electronic health record and other SQL Server based applications. This position also creates various reports and ETL processes as well as assists the DBA with SQL Server administration.Position starting rate is $85,280EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma plus 4 years of progressively relevant experience or BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field plus 2 years of progressively relevant experience in SQL Server 2005 and later. Experience with T-SQL and VB.Net are required.Experience with Azure, PowerShell, SSIS, database configuration, query optimization, SQL SSRS, HTML, XML, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel, Access, OLAP, Microsoft SQL BI tools, data warehousing, and general knowledge of healthcare related systems (i.e., Electronic Health Records, HL7, 837 (5010)) are preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops automated processes for importing and extracting data from various databases, including external resources.Works closely with the Systems Development Team to develop complex stored procedures and functions for electronic health record applications and reporting.Analyzes complex data using business information tools.Designs, develops and maintains software for use by agency staff and operations.Documents new and existing data flows.Acts as technical lead on IT related projects.Provides system administration support and maintenance functions as necessary.Provides end user support for all agency-wide applications as necessary.Continues to develop knowledge and understanding about the history, traditions, values, family systems, and artistic expression of groups served as well as uses appropriate methodological approaches, skills, and techniques that reflect an understanding of culture.
