Description: Family Law Attorney (Washington State Remote)Location: Remote within Washington state (in-person meetings optional if requested by the clientWork Schedule: Full-time, remote (but must be available for onsite client meetings)We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney licensed in Washington State to join a collaborative, tech-forward law firm. This is a primarily remote position with flexibility to meet clients in person if preferred. Youll handle a variety of family law mattersfrom divorce and custody to support and post-decree modificationswhile benefiting from a supportive team and streamlined systems.Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting plans, child/spousal support, and asset division

• Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and court documents

• Negotiate with opposing counsel and appear in hearings or mediations

• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and court staff

• Manage case deadlines, filings, and documentation independently

• Collaborate with internal legal and support staff as needed

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of family law experience required

• Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage a full caseload autonomously

• Commitment to compassionate and effective client representation
