This role works closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure security is integrated into the design and deployment of systems and services. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation and a practical approach to cybersecurity architecture.Key Responsibilities

• Design secure architectures for enterprise and operational technology (OT) environments.

• Contribute to the development of security reference architectures and design patterns.

• Participate in architectural reviews and threat modeling sessions.

• Provide guidance on secure design principles for cloud, network, application, and data systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support secure implementation of solutions.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and assess their security implications.

• Support the development of security standards and best practices.

• Promote secure-by-design principles across engineering and development teams.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, OR Highschool diploma / GED with 4 + years of military cybersecurity training and experience .

• 5 + years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or software development.

• 3+ years e xperience with secure SDLC, DevSecOps , or Zero Trust principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both I nformation Technology and O perational T echnology security environments.

• Familiarity with architectural modeling tools and documentation practices.

• Exposure to enterprise-scale security architecture projects.

• Solid understanding of security domains such as cloud, network, application, and identity.

• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK).
