Cincinnati Urban Promise in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Kindergarten Teacher to join our team.THE BASICSPay: This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $50,000 – $60,000/year.Schedule: This is a full-time, year-round position with a schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM, with a one-hour unpaid break.Benefits: $5K per year health stipend, 403b retirement plan, PTO/Sick days that increase with tenure, and a $2K signing bonus paid upon completion of the first academic year.YOUR DAY AS A KINDERGARTEN TEACHERAs a Kindergarten Teacher, your average day will involve creating engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, providing inspiring classroom instruction, and working collaboratively with other staff to establish a healthy and supportive school environment for our young students.REQUIREMENTS FOR A KINDERGARTEN TEACHER

• A BA in education
• Passion for supporting and teaching children
• Warm, friendly demeanor
