Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our legal team as a Family Law Attorney. #LI-RS1We are looking for a skilled individual to provide expert legal services in the field of family law. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and a passion for helping individuals navigate complex family matters with child custody cases, divorces, prenuptial agreements, etc.
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and support matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Experience and willingness to utilize technology to automate administrative tasks.
- Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, providing clear and compassionate guidance.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings.
- Work with client meetings, court appearances and intake conversations with clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law legislation and case law.
Salary: $140000 – 180000 per year
