Description: Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual Family Law Attorney for a dedicated and mission-driven nonprofit legal services provider in Florida. This is a full-time, hybrid role with the option for remote flexibility, based in Daytona Beach and serving a 12-county service area.POSITION OVERVIEW:This rewarding role provides legal representation and counsel to low-income and vulnerable clients in a broad range of family law matters. The Family Law Attorney will manage an active caseload, conduct hearings and trials, and support clients through advocacy, legal research, and document preparation.
