Description: Currently recruiting a Government Contracts Administrator (remote work) to join the contracts team at a growing federal government contractor and help manage the company s contracts, subcontracts, and proposal activities. Experience with government contract administration, billing, or proposals is highly desirable.DUTIES OF THE CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Review cost proposals and pricing information.
  • Maintain contracts data.
  • Reviews contractual documents to ensure internal contractual compliance with relevant terms and conditions. Confirms that contract terms and delivery dates are accurate, and that the company remains in compliance.
  • Serve as point of contact and support internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues, and problems.
  • Support the Business Operations Manager with requests for proposals and reviews subcontractor/vendor proposals as needed.
  • Assist with contract and task order modifications and closeouts.
  • Interpret contractual work requirements and obligations and advise internal stakeholders accordingly.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.
  • Participate in special projects as required and assigned by supervisor.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR:

  • Bachelor s Degree Preferred, High School Diploma Required
  • 5 years of contracts administration experience in a government contracting environment
  • Experience supporting Service Contract Act-covered contracts preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract principles and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of federal contracts administration best practices, procedures, and processes involved preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FARs/DFARs, applicable Agency Supplements, SCA & eSRS reporting, TINA, etc.
  • NCMA certification a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet service and dedicated workspace
