REMUNERATION: R205 764 BASIC SALARY PER ANNUM
To provide administrative support to the Regional Manager.
Conduct administrative duties. Exercise excellent communication and writing skills. Ensure accuracy in all correspondence. Telephone management which includes inter alia, taking incoming calls, answering to customer queries/complaints and making outgoing calls. Manage the Manager’s diary. Coordinate events management and perform general office management duties.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- Grade 12 (NQF 4) and Accredited 6 months Secretarial certificate.
- 2 years’ experience in secretarial environment.
- Experience in Microsoft Office packages.
