Description: A well-established Omaha law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Law Attorney with 10+ years of expertise to join our team. We offer a collaborative, client-focused environment and work with a diverse range of businesses.Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and business transactions.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Counsel on regulatory compliance and corporate litigation.
- Build and maintain client relationships, and assist in business development.
- Mentor junior attorneys.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Nebraska bar membership (or eligibility).
- 10+ years of corporate law experience.
- Strong contract negotiation, drafting, and litigation skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
