- NJ Department of Education Certification as a School Nurse or New Jersey Licensure as a Registered Nurse with an interest in becoming certified, willing to take certification courses with tuition reimbursement
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic software applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with special education student population
