Compensation: $180,000 – $275,000 base, commensurate with experienceA well-established mid-size firm is seeking an Administrative Law Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its business law practice. The team advises and represents clients across industries in licensing, compliance, and regulatory disputes.Role OverviewAdvise clients on compliance, licensing, and administrative proceduresRepresent clients before state agencies, boards, and commissionsHandle contested case hearings, enforcement actions, and appeals of agency decisionsDraft pleadings, briefs, and related filingsProvide strategic guidance to businesses navigating regulatory frameworksQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolLicensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar5+ years of administrative law experienceStrong advocacy, research, and writing skillsAbility to manage a sophisticated docket independentlyCompensation & BenefitsBase salary $180,000 – $275,000 DOEDefined bonus based on performanceEmployer-paid health insurance premiumsMatching 401(k)10 PTO days + 5 personal days in year oneIf you are an Administrative Law Attorney ready to advance your practice in a collegial, growth-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply.
