Description: Description:Summary/ObjectiveThe Solution Architect is a thought leader who works collaboratively with internal and merchant stakeholders to influence the vision and implementation of eCommerce solutions built within the Adobe Commerce platform. The Solution Architect will leverage technology research, commerce best practices and platform expertise to advise merchants on solutions to successfully integrate their digital and physical shopping experiences.In this role you will participate in pre-sales activities, conceptualize and prototype solutions, translate requirements into user stories and detailed tasks, support estimation and establish project timelines/milestones. The Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of the engagement throughout the implementation process.Essential FunctionsProvide detailed demonstration of Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source features and capabilities to merchants. Identify any gaps in OOTB capabilities necessary to meet project requirements.Drive project discovery process. Document client requirements, proposed customizations and solutions.Work closely with the development team to communicate requirements, approach and proposed solutions throughout the development cycle.Configure Adobe Commerce or Magento Open Source OOTB capabilities and workflows.Provide detailed demonstration of client implementation throughout the sprint cycle – inclusive of customizations, workflows and OOTB platform capabilities.Perform or facilitate QA of client implementation.Responsible for driving the successful outcome of the client UAT process.Dependent on project scope and size, the SA may be responsible for daily project, sprint and budget management.Work with internal team to create and/or improve on project execution processes and best practices.Work closely with client and client vendors to detail solutions and integration details.Requirements:CompetenciesThorough functional and technical knowledge of the Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source platformsExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsConflict resolution skillsAttention to detail, and ability to multitask and meet deadlinesStrong presentation and leadership skillsDevelop cross-functional project plansPrioritize, influence and negotiate priorities to determine deadlinesLead and direct project team membersManage project scope and identify solutionsMaintain adherence to our development process standardsChampion client alignment and involvementRequired Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 7 years’ experience architecting eCommerce solutions preferably in a high-volume agency or solution integrator environmentAt least 5 years of experience with the Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source platformsDeep understanding of B2B Commerce concepts and solutionsUnderstand and articulate eCommerce trends and best practices ePositive and enthusiasticExcellent analysis and problem-solving skillsExperience with web development technologies and toolsExperience with agile and scrum methodologies and toolsExperience working with virtual teamsProven experience working remotelyPreferred Education and ExperienceAdobe Commerce certificationScrum Master certification a plusExperience with Oro Commerce, Big Commerce or ShopifyPIfdcf910a28f2-5049
