The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that elevate our brands, increase consumer engagement, and support sales initiatives. This role will involve working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging.Job Duties:

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans for All Star Brands’ portfolio.
• Assist in product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling brand assets and marketing materials.
• Work with third-party vendors to curate and support brand swag, merchandising, collateral, and education materials.
• Conduct regular field visits to retail partners to assess brand presence, gather insights, and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and execute budtender education training sessions to ensure staff is well-versed in product offerings and brand messaging.
• Coordinate and optimize in-store display merchandising, ensuring strong product visibility and consumer engagement.
• Ensure all marketing efforts align with cannabis industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Track and report on key marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cannabis or CPG industry.
• Strong understanding of brand building and consumer engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with creative teams and external partners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
