Description: Appointment Setter/In-Store MarketingWe are looking for motivated and talented appointment settersBase + Commission/bonuses. Part Time- & Full-Time positions available.Are you a people person? Do you enjoy talking to people?Can you engage customers in conversation and more important, will customers want to engage you in conversation?We are looking for outgoing, high-energy, self-motivated, self-disciplined, energetic, and enthusiastic personalities with excellent communication skills.Positions are located in high traffic retail locations and involve speaking with members who may be interested in taking advantage of a free in-home consultation for one of our quality home-improvement products and services. We offer:

• Training provided / No experience required

• This is a 1099 position

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales Experience a plus
• Outgoing Personality-MANDATORY!
• You Must be comfortable walking up to customers and engaging them in conversation
• You MUST be able to work Sat & Sun!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approach customers who are shopping in the store as they pass by the Kiosk
• Discuss services/products including Kitchens & Bathrooms
• Establish rapport with members
• Offer Free In-Home Consultation, Estimates
• Schedule an in-home consultation with the potential customer
