This armed post requires you to carry a sidearm while conducting routine patrols and responding to situations as needed. You will interact with the public, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity.Position Type: Full TimePay Rate: $24.74 / HourJob Schedule: Day Time

Sun 06:00 AM – 06:00 PMResponsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity or security-related incidents.
• Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and potential threats through visible presence and patrols.
• Document and report any security-related incidents or suspicious activities according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with local authorities and emergency responders when required by the situation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Nevada Armed Security Professional License.
• Must be designated as armed and authorized to carry a sidearm.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military roles.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
