This hands-on roll will develop brands from the ground up, will maintain some and augment some of the city’s most iconic brands and have a seat at the table to develop new campaigns and moments for the company.We’re looking for someone with the right approach and skills to build on the work the team produces on a daily basis.Description:The Art Director will play a key role on our creative and advertising team, responsible for interpreting creative briefs from teams across the company and translating them into thoughtful, visually compelling, and brand-accurate design solutions. Lead, manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that encourages creativity, skill development, and consistent delivery of visually compelling work. From initial ideation and concept development through storyboarding, copywriting and final execution, the Art Director ensures projects are visually impactful, on-brand and aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires experience working with a wide range of brand systems, expertise executing across a range of mediums, and the ability to lead complex, multi-faceted projects from concept to final delivery. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.Lead, manage and provide guidance to graphic designers, reviewing and refining creative work across multiple work streams and initiatives to ensure high-quality, brand-consistent execution. Manage the creative workflow, overseeing all stages from initial ideation and concept development through to production. Provide strategic input and creative direction for campaigns, brand initiatives, digital content and more. Interpret creative briefs from internal teams – including marketing, property operations, F&B, development, gaming departments, entertainment, luxury and premium product offerings and events – and translate them into effective, on-brand design solutions. Design across a wide variety of design executions, including visual identity systems, signage, menus, packaging, printed collateral, digital graphics, social media and environmental elements. Apply a solid understanding of production requirements and best practices across print, digital, broadcast, OOH, and social. Ensure creative consistency, quality, and design across all touchpoints while maintaining alignment with the brands’ evolving standards. Plan, organize and manage photo and video shoots with clear creative direction. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establishing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and managing expectations across teams while meeting deadlines with elevated design solutions. Collaborate with external partners, production vendors, creative managers, and other design leads to ensure design work is integrated, intentional, and cohesive. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across the portfolio as new needs and applications arise.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in graphic/brand design, ideally within casino, hospitality, lifestyle, or experiential brands. Experience leading creative teams and working with external agencies. Team player who is collaborative, highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-functional working environment. Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development, and creative execution. Proven ability to independently create, manage and execute projects from concept through production. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas to senior leaders across the enterprise and openness to constructive feedback. Portfolio showcasing design thinking across a range of applications (print, environmental, digital, packaging, etc.). Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote and PowerPoint; familiarity in Figma, After Effects, Canva and HTML5 is a plus.
