This person will play a key role in leading brand storytelling across platforms, developing bold social campaigns, and driving innovation in how we build and sell new brand service offerings—especially around AI, branding, and positioning.This role will also help shape and evolve how we develop brand decks and identity packages for new and existing clients, with a strong understanding of category whitespace, trends, and brand architecture. Experience using AI as a strategic tool for ideation, storytelling, and content development is a must.As an Art Director, You Will:Brand Positioning & Concept DevelopmentUse strategic insights to inform brand positioning, campaign narratives, and product storytelling—especially as we build out new creative services and packages to sell. Identify what makes a brand different and build decks that articulate that story with clarity and confidence.AI-Driven CreativityLeverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and others) to accelerate deck development, trend scanning, initial creative ideas, and mockups. Use AI as a co-pilot to increase efficiency without sacrificing originality or vision.Brand Deck & Identity BuildingDevelop and present brand decks that include positioning statements, mission/vision frameworks, tone of voice, visual mood boards, fonts, music, and design guidance. Refresh outdated guidelines and craft new ones from scratch.Campaign / Theme Development (Concepting & Copy)Develop monthly story arcs anchored in brand insights, industry trends, and cultural moments.
