How can you contribute to what we do?

• Team Leadership: You lead and mentor a team of designers, providing creative direction and driving concept development aligned with business goals.
• Campaign Development: You oversee national B2C campaigns across all mediums, collaborating with the Creative Director to deliver impactful, retail-focused concepts.
• Presentation Design: You create engaging internal and B2B decks, using strong layout and photography to communicate messages clearly.
• Creative Oversight: You review and approve all creative and copy to ensure brand alignment and strategic clarity.
• Culture & Innovation: You cultivate a creative team culture rooted in innovation, speed, and high-quality output.
• Production Execution: You manage photo and video shoots with external partners, bringing expertise in casting and production planning.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: You align with cross-functional teams on multi-channel strategies and present work with clarity and confidence.
• Large-Scale Design: You design bold, largescale graphics for out-of-home, meeting and events, and supergraphics on property
• Internal Communications: You develop compelling creative for internal platforms, emails, and employee engagement campaigns.
• Messaging Strategy: You refine messaging approaches to ensure clarity, impact, and relevance to target audiences.
• Talent Development: You support team growth through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.

About You:

• You bring 8+ years of design experience, including 3+ years leading creative teams.
• You hold a degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing omni-channel campaigns and standout conceptual work.
• You have video editing experience and are familiar with animation, motion, and AI-generated content.
• You have experience working in an agency setting or with REITs—both are considered a plus.
• You are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Figma, and Canva and adapt quickly to new tools.
• You are a visual storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting cutting-edge, impactful, and beautiful work.
• You have deep expertise in layout design, typography, color theory, composition, photography, lighting, and set styling.
• You demonstrate strong creative vision aligned with business strategy and customer experience.
• You have led and inspired teams, helping evolve brand identity while maintaining high design standards.
• You are self-motivated, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
• You welcome feedback, advocate for growth, and contribute positively to team culture.
• You are a strong communicator—written and verbal—with a solutions-focused, analytical mindset.
• You take pride in delivering high-quality, thoughtful creative work that drives results.
• You are able to travel via commercial airlines and maintain a valid driver’s license to operate your own vehicle or rental car in a safe manner. This position requires up to 20% travel.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
