• Ensure adherence to brand standards in terms of typography, color, and overall aesthetic.
• Develop designs for digital and print deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their client’s needs.
• Oversee design team, quality control, and timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of quality in design execution.

Requirements:

• Strong design and team management skills required.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical (market access) marketing or advertising agency required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, XD), Figma, Sketch required.
• Experience with launches preferred!
• Must be hands-on, executionally.
• Bachelors in design, marketing, or advertising required.
• A strong understanding of regulatory compliance required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant portfolio site required with pharmaceutical samples to share.
