Duration: 6-12 MonthsOverview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Designer with expertise in both digital and print media to support the development and refinement of client-facing marketing materials. The ideal candidate is fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a strong understanding of brand standards, typography, and collaborative creative workflows. Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, update, and maintain a variety of client marketing materials (digital and print) using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, adhering closely to brand guidelines and established templates.
• Provide mentorship and design oversight to junior designers, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality output across projects.
• Apply industry best practices in layout, color, typography, and asset management to inform and justify design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, incorporating direction while contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
• Partner with copywriters to create cohesive content and design solutions for campaign deliverables and marketing assets.
• Work in tandem with Project Managers and Proofreaders/QA team members to integrate revisions and maintain accuracy throughout the production cycle.
• When needed, directly interface with clients to gather input, clarify requirements, explain design rationale, and refine deliverables based on feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work that demonstrates the ability to interpret client briefs and apply strategic creative direction.
• Solid understanding of commercial print production processes and the ability to design accordingly.
• Advanced skills in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, with a keen eye for layout balance and composition.
• Proficiency in utilizing photography, illustration, and iconography effectively within a brand system.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Sketch and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Experience or exposure to financial services domains such as banking, insurance, or investments is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining strict attention to detail and quality.
