If so, the Halo team would love to speak with you about becoming our next Art and Outsourcing Manager!The Art Manager plays a vital role at Halo Studios, functioning as a communication hub for our internal art teams and partner teams. You will be a deeply organized individual with a keen interest in optimizing workflows and building first-class communications. You will have experience dealing with teams on multiple continents, in different time zones with different management styles or communication methods.You will have a deep appreciation and experience of asset creation and world building in a modern game environment and be able to move assets between depots, load content into test scenes and write detail, quality orientated feedback for both internal and external staff. You will build relationships with the production team, art leads and partner teams across the studio to help provide feedback and collaborate on our content library. You will need a firm grasp of the practical aspects of content creation to assist the team in bringing that vision to life. Art IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 – $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 – $250,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
