• Applicants must possess a J.D. or equivalent academic degree
• Candidates must have strong academic credentials, demonstrate strong scholarly potential, and exhibit a commitment to excellence in teaching
• Lateral candidates must also demonstrate an outstanding scholarly record, a history of excellence in teaching, and substantial service
• This hire will be expected to maintain an active scholarly agenda, teach approximately 10 credits per academic year, and engage in both internal and external service

Salary Range: $130,000 to $260,000The University of St. Thomas has provided a salary range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting.
