Description: DescriptionAssistant Director of Law- Labor and EmploymentExamples of DutiesThe City of Cleveland’s Department of Law seeks an attorney to defend and otherwise represent the City’s in civil rights and employment Litigation (federal and state court), arbitrations, civil service hearings, and other administrative matters (e.g., EEOC, OCRC, SERB, etc.).Minimum QualificationsOur Bar membership in good standing is required. The ideal candidate must be hard-working, technically proficient, able to analyze complex issues of the law all while working well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
