Direct HireCarterwill Search, a TempExperts company is seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our client’s team, primarily to assist with serving our local government clients located in the Tampa Bay area. If you have 5+ years of experience representing local governmental entities and a strong understanding of Florida laws, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:

• Provide legal services to local government clients.
• Represent local governmental entities in various legal matters
• Advise on and interpret the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, and other relevant legislation.
• Serve as the attorney for local government boards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience representing local governmental entities.
• Familiarity with the Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, and other pertinent legislation.
• Experience sitting as the attorney for local government boards.
• Florida Bar Board Certification in City, County, and Local Government Law is preferred.
