Description: Title: Associate Dentist- FFS PracticeLocation: Olney, IllinoisStatus: Full Time (4.5 days per week)Pay: $200,000-$400,000+Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Daily Guarantee of $1,000 for the first six months.
• Paid on Adjusted Production: 30-34% (FFS practice)

Clinical Expectations:We are supportive as you grow, but expect you to:

• Provide precise, high-quality restorative care for your patients.

• Perform extractions (implant experience is optional; we will provide training).

• Learn advanced procedures (bone grafting, cosmetics, digital workflows).

• Use top-tier technology.
