You’ll work cross-functionally with culinary, marketing, quality, and operations teams to bring new products to life and continuously improve existing ones.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and development of new food and beverage products aligned with consumer trends and business goals.
• Conduct bench-top experiments, prototype development, and sensory evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale up formulations from lab to pilot plant to full production.
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, test results, and technical reports.
• Support shelf-life studies, ingredient sourcing, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current on food science trends, emerging ingredients, and processing technologies.

🧠 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in food product development, internships included.
• Strong understanding of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and processing techniques.
• Hands-on lab skills and a passion for experimentation and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 – $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
