Description: Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Asst./Assoc. Art Director will work with the studio Art Director and Creative Director to assist and support the e-commerce studio and Hco e-commerce marketing content for the A&F lifestyle brand. This role will art direct on figure imagery that will be customer facing on all Hollister’s e-commerce and digital platforms. This role will assist and collaborate closely with the art direction teams, stylists, studio production, and photographers in a fast-paced studio environment.This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.What Will You Be Doing?

  • Art direct daily on-set e-commerce shoots, including collaboration with photographer and stylist to ensure the best possible product image.
  • Edit e-commerce imagery, prepare images for review with art director for final upload according to technical standards.
  • Assist in art direction for in-house product still life imagery, collaborating with producers, photographers and stylists to concept and execute seasonal and weekly requests.
  • Ensure all e-commerce photography maintains brand standards set forth in style guides.
  • Assist in the concept, direction, and execution of assigned in-house studio marketing and chase fashion shoots in partnership with styling, photography, and art directors.
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Approaches image creation and selection as an art form, not a function.

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Photography, Advertising or related field required
  • 1+ years of studio art direction experience in fashion retail or related industry
  • Experience working in an iconic, branded environment for an international organization
  • A strong eye for quality, detail and trend as it relates to the Hollister brands
  • Digital Skills (Daily usage of a MAC OS, Adobe Creative Suite, and AEM software’s)
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Collaborative, inclusive, and flexible team member
  • Proactive problem-solving skills: ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas and change course as needed
  • Creative thinker; frequently pushes imagination beyond the comfort zone
  • A meticulous approach to work; pays keen attention to detail
