The ideal candidate is passionate about criminal defense, eager to contribute to a dynamic team, and ready to grow with a firm that values both professional achievement and work-life balanceResponsibilities:

• Represent clients in a range of criminal defense cases, including misdemeanors and felonies.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare for court appearances.
• Work closely with our team of experienced attorneys and support staff in a collaborative setting.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.
• Participate in firm initiatives and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in NJ; admission to NY/PA is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in criminal defense.
• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational and client communication skills.
