Description: We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for our clients. • Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
• Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks
• Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
• Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required
• Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
• Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
• Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed
