Description: A highly respected Chicago-based law firm is seeking experienced Bankruptcy Attorneys (Junior Associate and Partner level) to join its expanding Bankruptcy Group. This is a strategic growth hire offering immediate responsibility, hands-on client interaction, and long-term advancement potential.About the Role:
- Represent creditors in Chapter 11 cases across the U.S.
- Represent insurance companies in their role as Debtors’ insurers
- Advise lenders in restructurings, foreclosure actions, and UCC sales
- Supporting Chapter 7 Trustees in all aspects of case administration
