• Apply your expertise in federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA) to evaluate case viability.
• Prepare comprehensive case assessments for senior attorneys.

• Educate clients about their rights and next steps with professionalism and empathy.

• Collaborate with intake coordinators and paralegals to ensure seamless case management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) has an active bar membership.

• Proven experience in employment law or plaintiff-side litigation.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage high-volume intakes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
