As a Senior Employment Law Trial Attorney, you will take charge of precedent-setting matters involving major industry leaders, influential executives, and sensitive, high-stakes disputes. This is a full-time, permanent position for an attorney who excels in the courtroom and is committed to delivering outstanding results for clients.Your Impact

• Lead trials from inception through verdict and post-trial motions in complex employment law disputes (e.g., discrimination, wage & hour, wrongful termination, trade secrets).
• Strategize and execute creative, game-changing litigation plans for “mission-critical” cases.
• Guide discovery, motion practice, and pre-trial preparation, ensuring every detail is handled at the highest level.
• Take first-chair responsibility for trial presentations—persuasively advocating before both judges and juries.
• Coach and mentor a talented team of junior lawyers and litigation support staff, fostering a culture of legal excellence and professional growth.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, client service, and firm values.

What You Bring

• J.D. from an accredited law school and California Bar admission in good standing.
• 5+ years as lead or co-lead counsel in complex employment law trials, especially on high-profile or sensitive matters.
• Documented first-chair trial successes and mastery of both written and oral advocacy.
• Strong leadership, superior case management, and sophisticated client service instincts.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork, collaboration, and thought partnership within a fast-paced, elite firm environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $160,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience.
