Description: Family Law AttorneyWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join a well-established law firm specializing in family law matters. • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, property division, and adoption.
• Provide compassionate, client-centered advocacy while ensuring efficient and effective legal solutions.
• Collaborate with a talented team of attorneys on complex cases involving high-asset property division and contested custody matters.
• Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in family law or a related practice area.
• Active bar licensure in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility for reciprocal admission).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients during emotionally charged situations.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to professional growth.
