• Research and analyze legal issues related to cases assigned to them
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with managing attorneys on complex cases and projects
• Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, and forming a strategy for a plan of action

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as an attorney
• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in legal research software
• Authorization to work in the US
• License to practice law in the State Bar of Texas
