Description: Akkodis is seeking an Automation Developer for a contract job with a client in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile automation testing, specifically with Perfecto, Selenium, and mobile testing on POS terminals.Rate Range: $52/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Automation Developer job responsibilities include:Testing and delivering complex software to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.Developing, building, and executing both manual and automated test suites, and assisting with defect triaging.Ensuring regression test suites are well-designed and maintained.Identifying automation opportunities and developing test automation for applicable test types.Participating in test planning and ensuring that stories are well-refined with clear acceptance criteria.Desired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in building test automation for large-scale applications (e.g., e-commerce).Experience in Mobile Testing (Android) on POS terminals and expertise in Perfecto for mobile automation.Strong programming experience in Java, Objective C, TypeScript, JUnit, .NET, and/or Flutter.Familiarity with API-driven testing and automation tools such as Postman, Appium, and Android Studio.Good understanding of Agile Methodology and the Scrum process.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a can-do attitude.Familiarity with tools like ADB, Mobsf, CharlesProxy, and Collis for testing and debugging.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
