In this role, you will work closely with our Pediatric team to deliver individualized and family-centered care for children of all ages, from newborns to adolescents.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, age-appropriate nursing care to pediatric patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate and support families, empowering them to participate in their child’s care journey.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress, adapting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Advocate for patients’ needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active nursing license in the applicable state
• New graduates are welcome – comprehensive training is provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the care plan
• Conduct evaluations, including monitoring medications and vital signs
• Administer prescribed medications
• Educate clients and families on home health care best practices
• Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, and the care team
• Recommend tools or devices to enhance patient quality of life
