Assisted is the right place to be!We are looking for a Branch Manager of our Home Health Division in Culver City.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $130,000 – $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.Join our team and love what you do!

• Responsible for effective oversite of all internal operations of the branch
• Responsible for continuous growth of the business by assessing local market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Ensure continuous and successful implementation of business plans within the managed branch
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation

• Minimum of five year of supervisory or lead operational experience in health care.
• Experience in Home Health or Hospice is preferred
• Ability to lead by example, direct and coordinate multiple functions.
• Great business acumen, ability to grow business and promote employee satisfaction and retention
• Proven track record of meeting sales/business goal targets and ability maintaining positive ROI
