We believe in using education and information to help people make empowered skincare decisions—not shame, fear, or misinformation.About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of high-impact initiatives that elevate the Dieux brand. In this role, you’ll drive 360° marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, consumer events, PR/media strategies, and more—collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple projects from concept to completion. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and grow a fast-emerging brand in the beauty industry.You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally and externally to drive awareness for Dieux, while maintaining brand integrity with thoughtful, impactful, industry-defining initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute impactful 360 campaigns, briefing cross-functional teams and ensuring plans align with marketing strategy.
- Help build and maintain the marketing calendar, upholding timely execution of campaigns and launches.
- Drive ideation and execution of brand partnerships that align with our values, voice, and growth objectives.
- Plan and manage engaging community events to deepen brand loyalty and awareness.
- Act as the primary liaison with our PR and marketing agencies to optimize coverage and drive meaningful EMV.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and operations teams to ideate and launch custom branded merchandise that supports key campaigns and launches.
- Work with the larger marketing team & cross-functional partners on post-campaign reporting to identify wins & opportunities to optimize for future campaigns.
- Pull customer insights and competitive benchmarks to inform marketing decisions and messaging.
- Partner with the sales team to bring Dieux to life within the retail environment.
- Partner with the D2C team to ideate on exclusives, partnerships, promotions, and more to drive growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
- A strategic marketer with 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
- Proven experience managing agencies, partnerships, and external vendors.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- You are proactive and able to own projects from conception to execution.
- A passion for skincare, storytelling, and consumer experience.
- Is creative at heart and loves the creative process.
- Strong understanding of branding and executing brand stories being able to see the bigger picture and where our unique story is going.
- Social media experience on all platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working with celebrity, influencer, or co-branded partnerships.
- Background in executing live or virtual consumer events.
