Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required
- Experience in business development, preferably in the federal contracting sector needed
- Must have a strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations
- Proven track record of securing government contracts and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to travel 25% of the time
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- 10 hour shifts
Duration:
- Temp to perm after probationary period
