Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services associated with entity selection and structuring, tax matters, partnership and employment, and client specifications
- Assist clients with acquisitions and/or sales of businesses and/or assets, as well as succession planning
- Secure and maintain regulatory approvals, as well as ensure compliance
- Prepare and negotiating legal documents that arise from business transactions, inclusive of the following: Employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, service agreements, joint venture agreements, and Business-related contracts such as buy/sell agreements, stockholder agreements, and management agreements
- Assist clients with the negotiation, structuring, vetting, and facilitation of real estate transactions
- Draft and negotiate commercial and residential leases
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in Nevada
- 3+ years of legal experience providing business, estate planning, and asset protection services
- Outstanding time management skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
