Description: About the roleAs a Chief SAP ISU Testing Architect, you will make an impact by leading the testing efforts for SAP Industry Solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes. You will be a valued member of the SAP Testing team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and development teams.In this role, you will:Lead the testing efforts for SAP Industry Solutions ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomesOversee manual testing processes for SAP ISU and resolve issues promptlyProvide expertise in SAP IS-Utilities Testing ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly testedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop effective test plansDevelop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate system functionalityWork modelRemote with travel – from the United States onlyWhat you need to have to be consideredStrong technical skills in SAP Industry Solutions TestingExpertise in SAP ISU Manual TestingExtensive experience in SAP IS-Utilities TestingProficiency in Metering Management, Pricing Management-Retail, Billing & Payments Management, and Customer Relationship ManagementExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team of testersThese will help you stand outStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsDetail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality resultsAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyExperience conducting root cause analysis and managing defect trackingKnowledge of industry standards and best practices in testing methodologiesSalary and Other CompensationThis position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.The annual salary for this position is between $190,500 – $223,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.BenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimerThe salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
