Clearance Level: TS/SCI (onsite) and Secret (remote)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (Master’s may substitute for 2 years of experience)
Certs: For the candidate to meet this role’s requirement with at least two (2) of the following AWS certifications, in lieu of just the “preferred” one:Preferred: AWS Solutions Architect – ProfessionalAWS DevOps Engineer – ProfessionalAWS SysOps Administrator – AssociateAWS Advanced Networking – SpecialtyRequired: IAT Level II CertificationPreferred: AWS Solutions Architect – ProfessionalSalary: 100,000-135,000

This position is integral to developing cloud-based applications that meet mission-critical requirements across multiple security domains (Unclassified, Secret, Top Secret). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DoD cloud integrations, DevSecOps practices, and AWS-native services.Required Skills:Minimum 10 years of experience in cloud architecture, software systems, or cyber infrastructure3+ years recent experience with DoD AWS (Unclassified, Secret, and Top-Secret) cloud environmentsExpertise with:Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, OpenShiftAWS EC2, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormationHybrid deployments (VMs, OVAs, containers)Strong grasp of microservices, DevSecOps pipelines, and CI/CD practicesAbility to assess infrastructure for performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiencyExperience working in Agile environments (SAFe preferred)Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholdersAbout Us:Metronome is a spark that ignites passion for our customers and each other.
