Description: A growing CDMO with a strong focus on therapeutics is seeking an experienced CMC Scientist to support the development and manufacturing of clinical-stage drug products. This role will play a central part in scaling up formulations and supporting regulatory submissions and GMP manufacturing.Responsibilities:Manage API manufacturing operations and coordinate with internal analytical and formulation teams to ensure consistency and compliance.Design and execute key development experiments and summarize results in technical reports for regulatory use.Prepare CMC documentation to support regulatory filings and respond to agency information requests as needed.Maintain alignment with regulatory standards (FDA, ICH, etc.), ensuring all practices follow appropriate GMP guidelines.Qualifications:Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field; M.S. with relevant industry experience will also be considered.Strong background in drafting and reviewing CMC documentation for regulatory submissions.Proven ability to work across functions and manage complex development and manufacturing programs.
